Two things: if you have any issues downloading any of this stuff it's going to be a caching problem with your browser. Try clearing the cache and history, also try a different browser. (We're seeing these issues a lot with Chrome, but also with some other browsers.)
Also: many of these files are "locked for editing." They're not meant to be edited in place. You'll need to download a copy of these, save that, and then you can edit them.
You're going to need a free Canva.com account, and be logged into it for some of this. Also, you should be logged into the Google account you want to use when you download the other items.
